6. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

-Cancellation by Client with 7-14 days' notice: 50% of deposit refunded

- Cancellation by Client with less than 7 days' notice: No refund

- Rescheduling requests with at least 7 days' notice: One-time reschedule with no fee

Cancellation by Provider: Full refund or reschedule at Client's preference

7. SPACE REQUIREMENTS

Client is responsible for ensuring adequate space for the Experience

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- Provider retains the right to photograph the Experience for portfolio and marketing purposes

- Provider will respect the privacy of participants who request not to be photographed

- Client may take photos during the Experience for personal use

9. LIABILITY

- Provider will take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage or injury

- Client is responsible for informing participants about proper behavior and care

- Client will be responsible for damages caused by participants beyond normal use

- Provider maintains appropriate business insurance coverage

10. PLANT CARE

- Basic care instructions will be provided to all participants

- Provider offers complimentary advice via email for 30 days following the Experience

- Provider does not guarantee plant longevity as care is the responsibility of participants

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE].
