Custom Work: Each piece is handmade to order and one-of-a-kind. All sales final upon delivery.

Payment: FULL payment is required to begin all orders. Balance due on delivery or pickup.

Cancellation: 48+ hours' notice for a 50% refund. After 48 hours, your payment is non-refundable.

Timeline: Standard orders 7-10 days. Large or custom orders 10-14 days.

Delivery: Available within 25-mile radius of Elmont, NY only. 


Kyusu by Kiko retains the right to photograph the Product for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. Client grants permission to share images of the installed Product on social media with proper credit
