This Custom Order Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on

Provider agrees to create a custom plant arrangement
according to the specifications provided by Client:

Payment methods accepted: [LIST METHODS]
- Initial consultation and concept development
- Sketches/mockups provided for approval (if applicable)
- Client to approve design before production begins
- Cancellation after design approval but before production: 50% of deposit refunded
- Cancellation after production begins: No refund of deposit
- Cancellation by Provider: Full refund
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery or pickup
- Basic care instructions will be provided with the Product
- Replacement offered if plant failure occurs despite proper care within guarantee period
- Provider retains the right to photograph the Product for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes
- Client grants permission to share images of the installed Product on social media with proper credit
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
